District Heating and Fuel Poverty

The Leeds Heat project team have launched research looking at district heating and fuel poverty. Dr Catherine Bale and Ruth Bush report their findings in a report that accompanies a Leeds Heat Planning Tool, explaining the methodology and evidence behind the tool. The research was funded by the Chesshire Lehmann Fund.
